What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to handle our social media marketing. You will be responsible for handling the ideation to execution of content and campaigns for all our social media accounts. You need to have prior experience in creating social media calendars, reels,
and creatives using Canva and short videos using any mobile or desktop video software.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest algorithm changes and social media trends. You should be great at thinking out of the box, be great with visual communication, and have excellent people skills.

Note: This role requires traveling as and where required to shoot content for reels, videos, and other social media marketing purposes. While it’s a desk job, it would entail travel across Mumbai, including to our factory in Mira Road.


  • Strategizing the calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest, etc.
  • Ideating content and campaigns for the above social media channels and developing and executing the said ideas
  • Analyzing the performance of all activities on a monthly basis
  • Reaching out to influencers to collaborate for brand marketing purposes across all the above channels
  • Copywriting and content writing for all social content and hashtag research
  • Designing creatives as and when required, creating reels and videos as and when required
  • Handling DMs, comments, and outreach to relevant accounts on social channels
  • Keeping all handles up to date to reflect the brand’s philosophy and personality
  • Increase content distribution by discovering other social platforms and building for the same

Technical requirements of the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a 12th graduate with 2+ years of work experience
  • Hands on experience in content creation and management
  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Designing posts and reels for social media
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels

Soft skill requirements of the role:

  • Ability to work as part of a multi-location team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including email writing
  • Ability to multitask, think on their toes, and good with time management

Job Responsibility

  • Handle key customer accounts, showroom walk-in customers, and handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Follow up with inbound leads and provide them with all relevant information pertaining to their query
  • Work with channel partners on assigning and following up for all inbound leads and ensure customer satisfaction for all inbound leads
  • Generating sales by identifying leads, generating meetings by cold calling and emailing and working with the sales team into converting them into revenue
  • Completing all the documentation associated with the order, i.e. order tender, technical clarifications and legal documents, etc., and submitting them to the customer within the required time frame
  • Meeting volume and revenue targets and operating within the agreed pricing and discount framework
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing unparalleled service

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
  • Working experience in using Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

Soft Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to assist with the process of sales and marketing
  • Should be street smart with the ability to think on their toes and handle client negotiation
  • Comfortable with traveling locally and pan India for project requirements

Note: Preference will be provided to candidates with experience in the Wall Finishes / Building Material / Paint Industry and having their own conveyance

  • Ideating digital campaigns with digital marketing team to increase flow of inbound leads
