Responsibilities:

  • Strategizing the calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Ideating content and campaigns for the above social media channels and developing and executing the said ideas
  • Analyzing the performance of all activities on a monthly basis
  • Reaching out to influencers to collaborate for brand marketing purposes across all the above channels
  • Copywriting and content writing for all social content and hashtag research
  • Designing creatives as and when required, creating reels and videos as and when required
  • Handling DMs, comments, and outreach to relevant accounts on social channels
  • Keeping all handles up to date to reflect the brand’s philosophy and personality
  • Increase content distribution by discovering other social platforms and building for the same

Technical requirements of the role:

Note: This role requires traveling as and where required to shoot content for reels, videos, and other social media marketing purposes. While it’s a desk job, it would entail travel across Mumbai, including to our factory in Mira Road.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, ideate, design and execute content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Content includes and is not limited to reels, posts, and stories
  • Facilitate day-to-day management of social media channels and ensure brand consistency via  design and copy
  • Create actionable content distribution plans to scale brand awareness across popular social media platforms
  • Work with the brand to create and implement social media strategies on a monthly basis
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Reach out to potential B2B accounts using social media to increase the meetings pipeline for the sales team
  • Monitor progress on all platforms using analytical tools present within the platforms and/or third-party tools like Google Analytics
  • Research and reach out to relevant influencers for collaboration campaigns
  • Visit different locations as required to shoot content for social media
  • Work with the sales team to capture testimonials and other relevant content

Technical requirements of the role:

  • An in-depth understanding of grid strategy and aesthetics from a branding and advertising point of view to increase reach and establish a strong brand presence across various social media platforms
  • Great storyteller with an understanding of AIDA and the buyer journey
  • Strong editing, content, and copywriting skills keeping in mind the audience for each platform to improve brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Creative skills to design required creatives using Canva or relevant graphic and video software
  • Basic photography and videography skills for shooting social media content
  • Basic knowledge of relevant editing apps like Inshot, VN etc
  • In-depth knowledge of popular social media channels and it’s functioning

  • Generating leads from cold outreach, direct marketing, email marketing, and attending industry events and networking sessions
  • Handle all required marketing efforts for inbound and outbound leads which include but are not limited to follow-up calls, emailing catalog, presenting the product at their office, sharing requested information etc.
  • Ideating digital campaigns with digital marketing team to increase flow of inbound leads
