Job Responsibility

  • Recruit, train, organize, and manage the day to day of factory staff
  • Inventory management
  • Administer company policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate dispatch activity, update factory calendar and maintain stock reports
  • Ensure that production plans are completed as per committed timelines
  • Handle all troubleshooting required for ongoing and completed projects
  • Evaluate the condition of production equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers
  • Compile and analyze production records
  • Ensure QC of incoming raw material and outgoing jobs

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of process improvement, budgeting, and production standards
  • At least 5 years of experience as a production supervisor
  • The ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with production planning, controls and instrumentation

Soft Skill Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a shop floor
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills

Job Responsibility

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Tapping into existing connections to generate leads and inquiries
  • Handling any inbound leads assigned by the marketing team
  • Comfortable with traveling locally and pan India for project requirements
  • Handling showroom walk-ins as and when stationed in the showroom
  • Generating new leads by research and conducting presentations
  • Handling all the admin work related to the order process including but not limited to order booking, PO, payment coordination, delivery coordination, etc
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients as and when required
  • Maintaining weekly calendar and leads in fill and updating the CRM software with all new leads assigned

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle key customer accounts, showroom walk-in customers, and handle inbound calls and WhatsApp on the company phone
  • Follow up with inbound leads and provide them with all relevant information pertaining to their query
  • Work with channel partners on assigning and following up for all inbound leads and ensure customer satisfaction for all inbound leads
  • Generating sales by identifying leads, generating meetings by cold calling and emailing, and working with the sales team into converting them into revenue
  • Completing all the documentation associated with the order, i.e., order tender, technical clarifications, legal documents, etc., and submitting them to the customer within the required time frame
  • Meeting volume and revenue targets and operating within the agreed pricing and discount framework
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing unparalleled service
  • Maintenance of weekly calendar, leads Excel sheet, and entering data into CRM on a daily basis

Technical requirements of the role:

  • Graduation (commerce, science, arts) is an eligibility criterion.
  • Working experience using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in using Google products like Gmail, Gdrive, etc.
  • Working experience in professional email writing 

Soft skill requirements of the role:

  • Excellent oral and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to assist with the process of sales and marketing
  • Should be street smart with the ability to think on their toes and handle client negotiation
  • Comfortable with traveling locally and pan India for project requirements
