Project Name: Villa in the Hills
Location: Lonavala, Maharashtra
Finish: Liquid Metal Finishes – Aluminium, Gun Metal, Rust and Textured Concrete Finishes in shades of grey and black.
Built over 2 years, this private villa project was one of the most challenging ones.
With rainfall, high humidity and temperatures, we had to ensure that the finishes used were extremely durable across interiors and exteriors.
Over 1500 sqft of exterior walls and interiors walls are finished using our breathable textured concrete finishes in the colours of grey and black. The breathable element ensured that the walls did not retain moisture smell and made it for the perfect finish for this villa in the hills.
The tv unit wall was highlighted using liquid metal finishes, in gunmetal. The bar wall was finished using rust, to contrast it with the green bar table and the black coloured walls. This instantly helped the bar area standout. The budda sculptures though out the property were finished using our concrete finishes as well.
